This policy explains what information Hearth & Harvest Bakehouse collects when you order a subscription, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep this simple because we collect only what we need to bake and deliver your Bag.
1. Information we collect
When you check out as a guest, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery day preference, and the items in your Bag. We do not ask for an email password or create a login account for you.
2. Payment information
Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your weekly charge securely under its own privacy and security standards.
3. How we use your information
We use your name, phone number, and address to prepare, bill, and deliver your weekly Bag, and to contact you about delivery updates or account changes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. These tools may use cookies and collect anonymized browsing behavior, such as pages visited and session length. They do not collect your payment information.
5. Who we share data with
We share the minimum information needed with Stripe for payment processing, and with our delivery team to complete your weekly delivery. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
6. No photos or media collected
We do not ask for or store photos, videos, or other media from you as part of your subscription.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your order and contact information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any billing or delivery questions, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by phone, text, or email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children's privacy
Our service is intended for adults who can enter into a subscription agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. How we protect your information
We limit access to your personal information to the people who need it to fulfill your order, and we rely on Stripe's security standards for all payment data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service grows. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new last-updated date.
