I was born and raised in Blumenau, in southern Brazil. It's a region deeply shaped by its European roots, where German, Italian, Dutch, and French traditions seamlessly blend into everyday life. Growing up, our world really revolved around the table. We were surrounded by our Nonnas and Omas, incredible women who cooked with such an abundance of love. For us, a table filled with fresh bread, homemade jams, and hot coffee was never just a meal. It was a warm embrace, an invitation to slow down, share stories, and genuinely connect.

Inspired by those early memories, I traveled to more than 15 countries. In every place I visited, I always sought out the local kitchens, wanting to understand their history and culture through the flavors they brought to the plate.

Today, through Hearth & Harvest, I am bringing this lifelong passion to your home. In a world that seems to move so fast, my simple mission is to invite us all back to the table with patience, presence, and real, handcrafted food.
